Langthorpe Parish Council Local Audit (Smaller Authorities) Regulations 2015
Notice to certify Langthorpe Parish Council as exempt authority.
This means the Parish Council does not have to comply with the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2014 but instead, it will have to comply with the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities.
The following information will be published annually, no later than the beginning of July:
All items of expenditure above £100 (Please see minutes from Full Council meetings)
End of year accounts, annual governance statement and internal audit accompanied by bank reconciliation, explanation of significant variances and an explanation of any differences between ‘balances carried forward’. (Please see Publications)
