LANGTHORPE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL PUBLIC MEETING

HELD IN THE CORONATION HALL

ON THE 20^th MAY, 2003 AT 7.30 P.M.

One member of  the public attended -  Mr. M. Oldroyd who had requested to read the minutes of the past year's meetings.  He arrived at 7.15p.m. for this purpose and departed one minute before the meeting started.

Apologies:      Cllr. L.R. Gill sent his apologies – he hoped to attend the meeting but would be late.

Minutes of the last meeting:  The minutes of the Annual Public Meeting held on the 29th May,  2002 were proposed by Cllr. K. Ouldridge, seconded by  Cllr.M. Collins.  They were duly signed.

Matters Arising:  there were no matters arising.

Financial Report:  Deferred to the Annual General Meeting.

There being no further business the meeting closed at 7.32p.m.
